Blocking an Account
When you block a user, they cannot view your profile, see your posts, or send you messages. Visit their profile, tap the three dots menu, and select "Block Member".
Reporting Abusive Content
Tap the report icon on any post, comment, reel, or message to flag hate speech, harassment, fraud, or copyright violations to the TUKUBI Trust & Safety team.
Private Account Mode
In /settings, toggle "Private Profile" to require manual approval for all new followers.
Common Security & Access Questions
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Navigate to /forgot-password, enter your registered email address, and click "Send Reset Link". You will receive an email with instructions to choose a new password.
How do I change my email address or phone number?
Go to Settings > Account (/settings) to update your registered email or notification phone number.
